Program Manager

Job Summary

To enhance organizational performance and scalability, the full-time remote Program Manager will lead and coordinate strategic initiatives, manage individual projects and broader programs, and ensure alignment with business objectives while optimizing resources.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of key initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, timelines, and budgets
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities and implement new or enhanced solutions
• Develop and manage integrated schedules, milestones, resource plans, and budgets to ensure successful execution across initiatives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Management, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
• 2+ years' experience in Operations Management, Program Management, or Project Management
• Experience in solar energy or retail energy (preferred)
• PMP, PgMP, or equivalent PMI certification (preferred)
• Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Salesforce, Excel, Tableau, VBA, Microsoft Planner, and SQL (preferred)
