Job Summary
Owning a regional territory end-to-end, the full-time hybrid Program Manager will manage client escalations, partner onboarding, and remote site auditing while supporting the SM2 program team in Chicago.
Key responsibilities
- Manage client escalations and ensure timely launches across the regional territory
- Onboard restaurant and operating partners while addressing partner issues effectively
- Build and implement remote site-audit systems to enhance operational efficiency
Required qualifications
- 4-6 years of experience in multi-site operations, account management, or regional operations
- Strong remote-management skills with a proven ability to build processes from scratch
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze usage reports and KPIs for decision-making
- Experience in hiring, training, and managing staff with a supportive leadership style
- Proficiency in Excel and internal tools for problem-solving and driving improvements
