Program Manager

Job Summary

Supporting the Product organization, the full-time remote Program Manager will drive the planning, coordination, and execution of cross-functional product initiatives, ensuring efficient progress from planning through launch while managing timelines, dependencies, and communication across teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day execution of assigned product programs and initiatives, developing and maintaining program plans and tracking progress
• Coordinate activities across Product, Engineering, Design, Data, and Operations teams to ensure alignment and resolve execution issues
• Identify risks and dependencies affecting program delivery, developing mitigation plans and maintaining visibility into program status

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Product Management, Operations, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• 3-5 years of experience in program management, project management, or product operations in a technology-driven environment
• Experience in a regulated industry such as healthcare or financial services, with a preference for a healthcare background
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional initiatives involving multiple teams
• Proficiency with common project management and collaboration tools
