Job Summary

Providing executive-level leadership for a large, mission-critical federal healthcare program, the full-time remote Program Manager will oversee program performance, contract execution, and customer engagement while managing multiple projects and technical workstreams.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and strategic direction for the federal healthcare program
• Oversee multiple projects and multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful program delivery
• Serve as the primary interface with government program leadership and key stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Healthcare Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field
• Significant experience managing complex federal government programs or contracts
• Demonstrated experience overseeing multiple projects and cross-functional teams
• Strong understanding of federal contracting and program management environments
• Ability to obtain and maintain any required federal background investigation
