Program Manager
Job Summary
To support the Product and Engineering organization, the hybrid Program Manager will manage planning activities, improve backlog readiness, and track dependencies while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance delivery predictability and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate key planning activities, including backlog readiness reviews and release planning, while tracking dependencies and risks
- Support Product Managers in preparing work for planning and ensure that stories and features meet Definition of Ready standards
- Maintain delivery dashboards and KPI reporting, providing actionable insights to leadership teams based on performance metrics
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Program Management, Agile Delivery Management, or similar operational roles
- Experience supporting software development organizations utilizing Agile methodologies
- Strong understanding of Kanban, SAFe, or other Agile frameworks
- Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional initiatives involving Product, Engineering, and UX stakeholders
- Professionally fluent in English and French
