Program Manager

Job Summary

To support a Customer Program, the full-time Program Manager will manage project delivery communications, streamline processes to exceed customer expectations, and ensure consistent implementation of service agreements across all regions.

Key responsibilities

• Serve in a strategic Program Management role for the Customer, tracking monthly deployment and budgetary reviews
• Translate customer contracts for implementation by the Customer Project Delivery team and monitor regional project management techniques
• Partner with various business lines to develop best practices and serve as a training resource for Customer Program staff

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or equivalent experience preferred
• Minimum of five to seven years of experience in wireless program management, project management, and construction management
• Expert knowledge of network deployment, business process management, and project management tools
• Experience in financial evaluations for forecasts and justifications
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with the ability to present to executive levels
