Program Manager
Job Summary
To support the comprehensive modernization of the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) training curriculum, the full-time remote Program Manager (PM) / Lead Liaison will serve as the primary contact for USPTO, manage a strict 3-month schedule across parallel teams, and coordinate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison with USPTO, ensuring effective communication and collaboration
- Manage and oversee the timeline for multiple teams working on the training curriculum modernization
- Coordinate availability and reviews with USPTO Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure project alignment
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of relevant professional experience in federal training or eLearning contracts
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field (PMP preferred)
- Extensive experience managing multi-team Agile/rapid development workflows
- Proven track record of overseeing a portfolio of over 120+ course revision projects
- Experience working in a government contracting environment, with recent USPTO and Patent program experience preferred
