Program Manager
Job Summary
To support cross-functional efforts in data-driven decision-making, the contract Program Manager will coordinate multiple projects across Analytics, Engineering, Product, Strategy, and Business Development teams while working completely remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Establish a consistent operating cadence to align priorities and resolve dependencies among business intelligence workstream leads
- Prepare concise updates and communications for leadership summarizing project progress, risks, and upcoming milestones
- Develop deep subject matter expertise in partner ecosystem metrics and data products to connect stakeholders and provide informed input across projects
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, program management, or related roles supporting data-intensive initiatives
- Strong hands-on analytics experience, including proficiency in SQL and working with dashboards and reporting solutions
- Demonstrated project/program management experience managing multiple components of a workstream
- Ability to articulate data insights clearly to a range of stakeholders
- Experience in a large, global, or highly matrixed organization
