Job Summary

To support the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services' Risk Adjustment Data Validation program, the part-time Program Manager will lead a small team, manage program deliverables, and provide expert medical record coding guidance while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure program deliverables are met, including high-level coding case reviews and training sessions
• Prepare and present program reports and updates to CMS staff regularly
• Support training initiatives for coding contractors and provide expertise on escalated medical coding cases

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in project or program management with direct reports and budget responsibility
• 2+ years of experience within the CMS RADV program, including audits or coding
• Expertise in ICD-9/ICD-10 medical record coding standards
• Experience in developing training materials related to medical coding for the RADV program
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field
