Job Summary

To support a leading hyperscale data center client, the full-time Associate Director Program Manager will oversee multiple site development opportunities across the United States, driving progress from Letter of Intent through lease execution while coordinating cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead up to five concurrent data center site development opportunities from LOI through lease execution
• Drive program governance, action tracking, risk management, and decision-making processes
• Coordinate cross-functional teams spanning design, power/energy, cost management, scheduling, real estate, and client leadership

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Program Management, Project Management, Project Controls, Construction Management, or related disciplines
• Experience managing multiple projects or workstreams simultaneously
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to drive outcomes across diverse teams and competing priorities
• Experience with project controls, scheduling, cost management, program management, or capital project delivery
