Program Manager

Job Summary

Managing mid-scale construction projects remotely, the full-time Program Manager will oversee project performance, coordinate resources, and ensure compliance with project management methodologies while providing support to functional project teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage overall project performance and serve as the single-point contact for stakeholders
• Anticipate risks and develop mitigation plans while monitoring project status and performance data
• Foster a results-oriented environment by promoting team goals and continuous improvement of project management practices

Required qualifications

• Experience managing field projects within the construction and utility industry
• Proficiency in Critical Path Scheduling software and MS Office Suite, including MS Project
• PMP/PgMP certification and completion of H&M PMM training
• Strong analytical skills for identifying and managing risks and opportunities
• BS degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or Business
