Program Manager

Job Summary

Leading multi-project IT programs from strategy through delivery, the full-time remote Program Manager will govern a portfolio of interrelated projects, manage Project Managers and technical teams, and maintain executive-level client relationships while ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and scope.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full program lifecycle, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and scope across all workstreams
• Develop integrated program plans and roadmaps, coordinating resources and managing cross-project dependencies
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client executives, delivering clear communication and reporting on program strategy and outcomes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in information technology, project management, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience
• 10+ years of experience directing medium to large-scale IT projects, with at least 5 years managing multi-project programs
• Demonstrated hands-on experience delivering waterfall and hybrid projects
• Strong understanding of enterprise IT concepts, technologies, and best practices across various domains
• PMP or PgMP certification, or additional certifications such as SAFe or CSM, are a plus
