Job Summary
Managing multiple projects within PennDnA's portfolio, the full-time Program Manager will coordinate activities to achieve strategic objectives, develop the portfolio roadmap, and ensure effective delivery while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Prioritize and refine the PennDnA portfolio backlog in alignment with organizational and stakeholder goals
- Serve as the liaison between stakeholders and the PennDnA teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding of user stories and requirements
- Align objectives, timelines, and resources to achieve desired project outcomes while fostering a collaborative team culture
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree (Required)
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, project manager, or program manager leading projects/initiatives (Required)
- 1+ years of Agile experience (Preferred)
- 1+ years of Healthcare experience (Preferred)
- Product Owner Certification (Preferred)
