Program Manager

Job Summary

Leading the execution and administration of the Military Engagement Program, the fully remote Program Manager will manage program planning, contract performance, and personnel oversight while serving as the primary contractor liaison to government stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contractor liaison to the Government Contracting Officer's Representative, coordinating program status and stakeholder requirements
• Develop and maintain the Technical Management Plan and an integrated Master Schedule to outline program execution methodologies and milestones
• Oversee program functions including applicant processing, financial administration, and quality control to ensure compliance with contract deliverables

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Education, STEM, or a related field
• Minimum of seven years of relevant professional experience, including three years managing federal programs or contracts
• Demonstrated experience managing multidisciplinary teams and coordinating complex program activities
• Experience developing and maintaining program schedules, budgets, and performance metrics
• Experience working with Government agencies or academic institutions on research programs or military education initiatives
