Job Summary
To run the third-party Paid Support go-to-market program, the full-time Senior Program Manager will manage the partner pipeline, create sales materials, and coordinate outreach efforts in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Build and manage the partner pipeline, including tracking and forecasting conversions
- Create tailored sales materials and coordinate regional partner pitches
- Produce status updates and maintain operating procedures for the partner sales program
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in program management, partner management, or management consulting
- Experience managing cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders
- Experience tracking sales or partner pipelines, including forecasting
- Fluency in Portuguese or Spanish is preferred
