Job Summary

Serving as the dedicated regional program delivery lead, the full-time remote Program Manager will oversee capital investments across the Midwest, ensuring high-quality construction delivery, financial controls, and client alignment while managing multiple concurrent projects with significant budgets.

Key responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day capital project delivery, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and design standards
• Maintain strict financial oversight through cost tracking and budget variance analysis
• Collaborate with various teams to align construction milestones with lease obligations and manage project schedules

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Business Administration
• 7 to 10+ years of experience in commercial real estate and construction project management
• Advanced proficiency in project management tools, financial cost modeling, and contract management
• Proven track record managing sub-consultants, general contractors, and trade partners
• Experience governing multi-project capital portfolios with individual project spends of $1M to $20M
