Job Summary
Leading end-to-end program execution for TRSS customers, the full-time remote Program Manager will manage contract performance, stakeholder engagement, and identify growth opportunities while ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the assigned contract portfolio, including renewal life cycles and identifying growth opportunities to achieve revenue targets
- Lead regular portfolio reviews with internal stakeholders to track contract health, customer satisfaction, and financial performance
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues impacting customer retention, renewal, or expansion opportunities
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience
- 3-10+ years of experience in program management, account management, or customer delivery
- Experience supporting U.S. Government or federal government customers in a contracting environment
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. National Security Clearance
- U.S. Citizenship essential to comply with government contract requirements
