Program Manager, Academic Partnerships

Job Summary

To support workforce pipeline and employee development programs, the full-time Program Manager, Academic Partnerships will manage relationships with academic and industry partners, oversee partnership initiatives, and assist with grant tracking and reporting in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage relationships with schools and key internal partners as part of governance
• Oversee partnership programs and initiatives, including DEUs, CNL, and AOBSN
• Write grants and scholarships in collaboration with local colleges/universities to build pipelines and reduce costs

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Training and Education, Nursing, or a relevant field
• 4 years of experience in education/learning assessment, design, development, implementation, and evaluation
• Previous experience with grants preferred
