Program Manager, AI Enablement

Job Summary

Supporting strategic AI initiatives, the full-time remote Program Manager, AI Enablement will manage planning, coordination, and execution of projects while collaborating with engineering teams, product partners, and business stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the SVP, AI Enablement to establish priorities and coordinate a portfolio of strategic AI initiatives
• Collaborate with teams to align program objectives, scope, timelines, and deliverables
• Oversee the development and implementation of the AI Platform and coordinate AI workflow and agent deployment initiatives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• 7+ years of experience in program management or related roles, with at least 3 years managing multiple concurrent initiatives
• Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional programs involving engineering and product stakeholders
• Experience in technology-driven environments, preferably involving AI or digital transformation initiatives
• PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification preferred
