Job Summary
Leading enterprise-wide AI initiatives, the remote contract Program Manager, AI Transformation will manage program roadmaps, drive organizational adoption of AI tools, and partner with stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of AI-enabled capabilities in a healthcare environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead AI adoption and transformation programs from strategy through execution and value realization
- Establish program governance, success metrics, and manage cross-functional initiatives
- Prepare executive-level presentations and manage stakeholder communications
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field
- 10+ years of Program or Project Management experience
- Experience leading enterprise AI adoption or digital transformation programs
- Advanced expertise with Microsoft Copilot and AI productivity solutions
- 3+ years of healthcare insurance operations experience
