Program Manager Business Analyst
Job Summary
To support the team, the full-time remote Program Manager Business Analyst will gather requirements related to the Department of the Air Force lifecycles, collaborate with development teams, and document business cases while ensuring alignment with Oracle HR systems.
Key responsibilities
- Gather requirements and document business cases for HR functionalities and military personnel data systems
- Collaborate with product owners and development teams to streamline configuration items and enhance project outcomes
- Write user stories and acceptance criteria, ensuring alignment with Oracle Development and Agile/Scrum practices
Required qualifications
- Minimum of twelve years of relevant experience
- BS Degree preferred, but relevant experience will be considered
- Experience with Oracle HR Systems and ability to run Oracle SQL
- Strong familiarity with Agile Software Development methodologies
- Experience working with Air Force government clients
