Program Manager, Change Management

Job Summary

To support technology adoption and workforce readiness, the full-time salaried Program Manager, Change Management will lead change management efforts, develop training programs, and create resources to enhance employee engagement and technology utilization in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Leads change management strategies and training initiatives for technology programs to ensure successful adoption and sustained use
• Develops and delivers various training formats, including workshops and self-paced learning, to address technology needs
• Monitors technology adoption and user feedback to identify improvement opportunities and enhance user experience

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Instructional Design, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of five years of experience in organizational change management, technology adoption, or related initiatives
• Change management certification (Prosci or CCMP) strongly preferred
• Knowledge of instructional design principles and experience in developing communication strategies
• Experience using various tools for training and employee enablement in both remote and in-person settings
