Program Manager, Climate

Job Summary

To support a growing Sustainability & Responsible Tech team, the full-time Program Manager, Climate will manage the implementation of climate strategies, focusing on emissions reduction, sustainability reporting, and collaboration with cross-functional partners in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the implementation of climate strategies, including tracking and reporting on emissions reduction initiatives
• Oversee the Sustainability Working Group and engage with external partners to support sustainability goals
• Develop and maintain internal and external communication materials related to climate initiatives and sustainability reporting

Required qualifications

• Experience in sustainability and/or business, with knowledge of climate reporting frameworks such as CDP and TCFD
• Strong analytical skills, including quantitative modeling and data management
• Exceptional project management skills with a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams
• AI literacy and understanding of sustainable practices in technology
• Ability to communicate effectively with executive audiences and synthesize complex information
