Job Summary
Leading the delivery of a large-scale federal healthcare IT program, the full-time Program Manager - CMS will manage application development, legacy system modernization, and production operations remotely while ensuring alignment with contractual requirements and customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end program execution, ensuring delivery aligns with contractual requirements and performance objectives
- Manage application development, maintenance, and modernization activities for federal healthcare systems
- Serve as the primary point of contact for government stakeholders, overseeing project plans, schedules, and resource allocation
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered
- 10+ years of experience managing IT programs or large-scale technology delivery initiatives
- Demonstrated experience leading federal government IT programs, preferably supporting HHS, CMS, or Medicare
- Experience managing application development and maintenance, systems integration, or legacy modernization programs
- Strong understanding of federal contract delivery, program governance, and financial oversight
