Program Manager, Data Center

Job Summary

Managing large-scale data center construction projects, the full-time Program Manager, Data Center Construction will lead complex initiatives from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with internal requirements and project timelines while working remotely from Virginia.

Key responsibilities

• Manage data center projects from inception through to completion
• Support special research and development experiments, renovations, and upgrades of existing facilities
• Resolve highly critical issues within a matrix organization while maintaining adherence to project timelines and costs

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• 8 years of experience in program or project management
• 8 years of experience in design, development, and construction projects for data centers or mission-critical industries
• 5 years of experience in a leadership role
• Demonstrated knowledge of safety management best practices
