Program Manager, Data Centers

Job Summary

As the day-to-day PMO lead for a large data center campus, the full-time remote VP Program Manager, Data Centers will manage mission-critical infrastructure projects, oversee integrated project teams, and ensure operational excellence in a 24/7 uptime environment.

Key responsibilities

• Leading daily PMO operations for multiple concurrent projects across construction and facility expansions
• Overseeing mission-critical infrastructure projects, ensuring adherence to industry standards and client requirements
• Acting as the primary client interface, managing relationships and presenting program updates to stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related technical field
• 12+ years of program/project management experience with significant exposure to data center projects
• Proven experience leading PMO operations for large-scale capital programs ($100M+ portfolios)
• Deep understanding of data center infrastructure, including power and cooling systems
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives
