Program Manager, Enterprise Learning

Job Summary

Providing enterprise-level leadership, the full-time Program Manager, Enterprise Learning will manage the design, governance, execution, and continuous improvement of learning programs remotely, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and compliance requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Leads the lifecycle management of enterprise learning programs, ensuring alignment with workforce capability needs
• Partners with senior stakeholders to translate business and regulatory requirements into scalable learning solutions
• Monitors program metrics and collaborates with analytics teams to evaluate effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications, education, human resource management, or a closely related field (required)
• 5 years' experience in learning, education, or human resources (required)
• Master's degree in communications, education, human resource management, or a closely related field (preferred)
• ATD Training and Facilitation certificate or BSMH Virtual Facilitation Skills Certificate within 6 months of hire (preferred)
• Experience with instructional design and learning technology (required)
