Program Manager - Enterprise Resilience
Job Summary
To enhance organizational resilience, the full-time remote Program Manager - Enterprise Resilience will manage the development and implementation of resilience programs, coordinate assessments and recovery exercises, and partner with various teams to ensure effective response to disruptions.
Key responsibilities
- Support the development and continuous improvement of the Enterprise Resilience Program, including governance and documentation
- Plan and coordinate resilience assessments, business impact analyses, and disaster recovery tests
- Track risks and corrective actions, escalating material gaps as necessary
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in IT program/project management
- Five or more years of experience in enterprise resilience, disaster recovery, or related fields
- Working knowledge of ransomware-resilient recovery and disaster recovery testing
- Experience documenting risks and control gaps in a structured manner
