Program Manager, EPD Operations
Job Summary
Seeking a full-time Program Manager, EPD Operations, who will manage and improve operational processes within the Engineering, Product & Design teams, working remotely to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and continuously improve processes for bug tracking, incidents, reliability, and escalations to enhance operational health
- Analyze operational health data to identify trends and provide insights for improvement initiatives
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports in tools like Jira and Snowflake to ensure visibility into operational progress
Required Qualifications
- Experience as a Program Manager or Technical Program Manager, particularly in a remote startup environment
- Deep understanding of engineering operations, workflows, and common friction points
- Proven ability to own operational health processes and drive measurable efficiency gains
- Strong data skills, including experience with dashboard creation and data interpretation
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools such as Jira and Notion
