Program Manager, Executive Development

Job Summary

Managing the delivery and execution of Executive Development experiences, the full-time Program Manager, Executive Development will oversee program logistics, participant engagement, and data reporting while ensuring high-quality standards for senior leaders in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the delivery of Executive Development programs, serving as the participant-facing program manager during cohorts
• Manage in-person and virtual event logistics, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality participant materials
• Capture and report data effectively, maintaining trackers and operational procedures for program consistency and quality

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of experience developing and executing business and/or learning solutions
• 4+ years of program/project management experience running programs end to end
• Demonstrated track record of delivering high-touch programs for senior or executive audiences
• Experience managing complex logistics for in-person and virtual experiences, including vendors
• Experience applying AI tools to automate or improve operational workflows
