Job Summary
Bringing industry insights and leading transformation initiatives, the full-time remote Program Manager - Finance Transformation will manage large-scale programs, develop solution roadmaps, and foster stakeholder relationships to drive operational excellence in Finance & Accounting processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead solution development for RFPs, RFIs, and proposals while ensuring alignment with client needs
- Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and facilitate governance forums and business reviews
- Communicate program progress, risks, and value realization to executive stakeholders effectively
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering, or related discipline; MBA preferred
- 12+ years of experience in Finance & Accounting operations and transformation
- Strong experience managing large-scale global delivery programs
- Proven experience in stakeholder and client relationship management
- Experience leading operational excellence and transformation initiatives
