Program Manager, Financial Operations

Job Summary

Owning the operational backbone of member fund flows, the full-time remote Program Manager, Financial Operations will manage end-to-end fund flow operations, maintain financial plans, and oversee vendor relationships to ensure seamless financial processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain financial plans and forecasts while managing fund flow operations for member funds and related tax documentation
• Serve as the primary point of contact for financial infrastructure vendors, triaging and resolving daily escalations related to fund flows and card operations
• Partner with banking operations to streamline processes and support technical project management for vendor integrations and operational improvements

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in operations, financial operations, or technical program/project management, preferably in fintech or HR tech
• Experience managing vendor relationships and negotiating contracts with financial institutions
• Strong background in B2B invoicing and billing operations with knowledge of billing platforms
• Proficient in data analytics, capable of interpreting operational data for process improvements
• Familiarity with HSA administration, card programs, or payments infrastructure is a plus
