To support military members and families in achieving financial confidence, the full-time salaried Program Manager for Financial Coaching will manage program coordination, ensuring reliable service delivery, performance visibility, and operational readiness in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain an accurate view of priorities, milestones, and commitments while coordinating with team members to ensure successful project completion
• Facilitate operational readiness by connecting various departments and ensuring that all necessary resources are in place for service delivery
• Provide concise reporting on service performance and risks, ensuring transparency and effective communication with leadership

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated success in project coordination or program support, managing multiple owners and deadlines
• Experience in maintaining accurate plans and status reports, with a focus on cross-functional coordination
• Proficiency in using spreadsheets, project trackers, and reporting tools, along with clear written communication skills
• Relevant education or training, with a preference for experience handling confidential information
• Tier 2 security clearance is required; previous clearance is preferred
