Job Summary

Managing program planning and cross-functional coordination, the full-time remote Program Manager for Global Accounts will oversee program strategy, reporting, and optimization for a major global enterprise account, ensuring alignment with client goals and employee needs.

Key responsibilities

• Translate account priorities into program plans with clear objectives and timelines
• Manage account reporting and maintain dashboards to track engagement and program outcomes
• Facilitate planning sessions with internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure program alignment

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
• 5+ years of experience managing programs in enterprise client services or employee engagement
• Experience planning and executing programs across multiple regions or large employee populations
• Strong analytical skills with experience using dashboards and spreadsheets for reporting
• Experience preparing client-facing reports and leading discussions with stakeholders
