Program Manager for Group Captives

Job Summary

Overseeing the daily operations of assigned group captive insurance programs, the full-time salaried Program Manager for Group Captives will manage technical aspects related to brokers, members, and service providers, ensuring efficient program execution while collaborating with internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day operations of assigned captives, collaborating with Captive Executives and other Program Managers
• Oversee the flow of underwriting information, ensuring accuracy and timely production of proposals
• Maintain strong relationships with brokers and service providers, facilitating board meetings and program updates

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in a related field with a minimum of five years of experience in property and casualty insurance, preferably with captive programs
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including executive leadership
• Strong organizational skills to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• A positive, proactive attitude with a commitment to customer service and business culture
