Program Manager for LATAM

Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the full-time contractor Program Manager for LATAM will manage relationships with existing subscription customers, ensuring their satisfaction and retention while building the program management function remotely from Central or South America.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for a portfolio of existing subscription customers
• Develop a strong understanding of the OpenFn platform to facilitate effective communication with customers' technical teams
• Own gross and net retention for the portfolio, proactively identifying at-risk accounts and pursuing growth opportunities

Required qualifications

• 3-7+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or a related role at a SaaS or subscription business
• Proven track record of retaining and growing a portfolio of customers, including managing renewals and driving upsell
• Genuine technical fluency with concepts such as APIs, integrations, and workflow automation
• Fluent, professional-level English and Spanish communication skills
• Experience running customer cadences like Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and service reviews
