Program Manager for Live Programs
Job Summary
To support the delivery of complex live programs, the full-time remote Program Manager for Live Programs will manage partner relationships, oversee engagement logistics, and lead efforts to enhance program evaluation and impact measurement.
Key responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery of assigned Live Programs engagements, focusing on complex, multi-stakeholder projects
- Independently plan and lead partner-facing meetings, building trust and ensuring alignment with partner needs
- Lead continuous improvement of delivery and evaluation systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of program or project management experience in a learning and development or educational setting
- Proven ability to lead external meetings and build trust with senior stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple engagements and deadlines effectively
- Experience with data analysis and program evaluation, including familiarity with survey design
- Ability to quickly learn and effectively use tools such as Google Suite, Zoom, HubSpot, Asana, and Airtable
