Program Manager for Released Products

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Program Manager for Released Products, this remote position will manage product revisions, coordinate documentation updates, and ensure effective communication among cross-functional teams to maintain product lifecycle integrity.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage programs for released products, overseeing major revisions, compliance-driven changes, and documentation updates
• Coordinate with Technical Writers and stakeholders to ensure timely updates to product documentation and specifications
• Maintain visibility on revision status through dashboards and reports, facilitating communication between Product Development and Operations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Business, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in program or project coordination related to product lifecycle support and engineering change processes
• Proven experience coordinating cross-functional work across Engineering, Operations, and Project Management
• Familiarity with revision control, documentation workflows, and configuration management in a manufacturing environment
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and project or document tracking tools; experience with PLM, ERP, or QMS systems is a plus
