Job Summary
Driving growth in customer training engagement, the full-time Program Manager for User Engagement will design and execute scalable programs to enhance customer participation in learning initiatives while collaborating with Sales and Customer Enablement teams.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and manage the AMER Scaled User Programs strategy, aligning with regional business priorities and learner targets
- Optimize program infrastructure and implement repeatable frameworks to ensure operational excellence and scalability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver structured learning programs that support customer adoption and growth
Required qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in managing high-volume enablement programs that drive engagement
- Proficiency with tools such as Airtable, Docebo, or similar LMS/database platforms
- Ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and manage competing priorities
- Experience in developing regional roadmaps that translate organizational goals into actionable initiatives
