Program Manager (French Speaking)

Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the full-time remote Program Manager (French Speaking) will manage relationships with existing customers, ensuring their satisfaction and retention while helping to establish program management processes for a subscription model in Sub-Saharan Africa.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for a portfolio of existing subscription customers
• Develop a strong understanding of the OpenFn platform to facilitate credible conversations with customers' technical teams
• Drive customer retention and growth by managing renewals and identifying upsell opportunities

Required qualifications

• 3-7+ years of experience in account management or customer success in a SaaS or subscription business
• Proven track record of retaining and growing a portfolio of customers, including managing renewals and upsells
• Genuine technical fluency in concepts such as APIs, integrations, and workflow automation
• Fluent, professional-level English and French communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience running customer cadences such as QBRs and service reviews
