Program Manager, GTM Enablement

Job Summary

To support a fast-evolving product portfolio, the full-time Program Manager, GTM Enablement will build and scale enablement programs for Sales and Customer Success teams, managing logistics and communications for product launches while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain product curriculum, including eLearning, live sessions, job aids, and FAQs for product launches
• Own launch execution for GTM initiatives, managing timelines, logistics, communications, and follow-ups
• Partner on measurement of training effectiveness, tracking completion, sentiment, and behavior change signals

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in enablement, program/project management, or a related GTM operations role in tech
• Strong organizational and project management skills with a proven track record of managing multiple launches or programs
• Experience in instructional design, having built training or curriculum that has been effectively utilized
• Proficiency with enablement tech stacks (LMS, CRM) and familiarity with AI tools
• A data-informed mindset, utilizing completion and feedback data to prioritize work and enhance programs
