Job Summary
Managing New Product Development projects, the full-time Program Manager I will lead cross-functional teams through the stage-gate process to develop and launch innovative product solutions while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently lead New Product Development (NPD) projects of varying complexity
- Utilize MS Project to develop project schedules with a focus on the critical path
- Deliver PMO Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to project timing, cost, quality, and budget
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in New Product Development and project leadership roles
- Expertise in structured project management methodologies, including critical path management
- Familiarity with basic manufacturing processes and production planning
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Project, Project Online, and SharePoint
