Program Manager, Identity Security

Job Summary

Designing and optimizing scalable programs, the full-time remote Program Manager, Identity Security will manage customer onboarding and adoption initiatives, ensuring alignment between Customer Success, Product, and Sales Engineering while creating high-quality content and training materials.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable Customer Success programs across the identity security lifecycle
• Own initiatives from concept to delivery, ensuring alignment with stakeholders and tracking results
• Create visually engaging playbooks and guides while managing timelines and content quality assurance

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in customer success, program management, or learning & development, preferably in cybersecurity or B2B SaaS
• Proven track record in designing programs that enhance customer adoption or field performance
• Working knowledge of identity security concepts, including IAM, IGA, PAM, SSO, and MFA
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills
• Demonstrated visual design ability with proficiency in tools like Google Slides, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite
