Program Manager II
Job Summary
Overseeing multiple complex emergency services technical projects, the full-time remote Program Manager II will manage program delivery, coordinate cross-functional collaboration, and ensure alignment with business goals while maintaining quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate projects supporting 911, NG911, and emergency services programs
- Develop and maintain detailed program plans, including timelines and resource allocation
- Monitor and report program progress and metrics to senior leadership and stakeholders
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of related experience or an advanced degree without experience
- Strong understanding of E911 and Next Generation 911 (NG911) technologies
- Knowledge of ESINets, SIP-based communications, and emergency call delivery
- Familiarity with NENA standards and FCC regulations
- Experience with program management tools such as MS Project or Click Up
