Program Manager II

Job Summary

Serving as the primary business lead for provider network adequacy monitoring and strategic analysis, the full-time remote Program Manager II will manage provider network analysis, monitor performance, and lead Network Adequacy Committee meetings across Medicaid and Medicare lines of business.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct routine and ad hoc provider network analysis to identify gaps and access issues
• Lead monthly and quarterly Network Adequacy Committee meetings and prepare supporting reports
• Manage network gap remediation efforts in collaboration with cross-functional teams

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience in quality improvement, program management, or project management
• Experience with healthcare network operations or provider contracting
• Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting large data sets
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and reporting tools
