Job Summary
Leading the Corrective Action Plan (CAP) program for underperforming provider groups, the full-time remote Program Manager II will drive improvements in Medicare Stars and quality measures while managing initiatives through the full program life cycle and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Manage CAP initiatives, including planning, resource allocation, and risk management
- Analyze performance data to identify improvement opportunities and drive accountability
- Prepare executive reports and communicate program status and outcomes to stakeholders
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Three or more years of program management or healthcare operations experience
- Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives
- Knowledge of healthcare quality, provider engagement, or value-based care preferred
- Strong analytical and executive communication skills required
