Program Manager II

Job Summary

Managing a portfolio of military women's health initiatives, the full-time remote Program Manager II will serve as the main point of contact for stakeholders, develop and lead programs addressing healthcare needs, and supervise project managers throughout the program lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, tracking and reporting on program progress and outcomes
• Develop and organize programs to address the needs of military women, including conducting outreach and coordinating focus group activities
• Supervise project managers and technical staff, managing key program elements such as goals, risks, and budgets while ensuring data accuracy and consistency

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Business Administration or Life Sciences
• Minimum of 6-8 years of relevant experience
• Familiarity with federal budget processes and project management principles
• Knowledge of the military healthcare environment and military culture preferred
• Ability to obtain and maintain a T1/Public Trust background check
