Job Summary

Leading cross-functional initiatives, the full-time Program Manager II will oversee COB, TPL, and Subrogation projects remotely, coordinating efforts across operational teams, managing vendor implementations, and ensuring timely execution of strategic priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate COB, TPL, and Subrogation initiatives, facilitating meetings and tracking deliverables
• Gather requirements, create plans and schedules, and oversee project execution to meet business objectives
• Communicate program status to management and stakeholders while identifying resources and mitigating risks

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience in quality improvement, program management, or project management
• Preferred healthcare experience with COB, TPL, Subrogation, or related operations
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving vendors and technology teams
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial healthcare reimbursement processes
