Job Summary
To support Recovery Operations initiatives, the full-time remote Program Manager II will manage cross-functional teams, oversee program execution, and monitor operational performance while ensuring timely delivery of strategic priorities.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate Recovery Operations and Recovery Platform initiatives by facilitating meetings and managing issue resolution
- Monitor recovery inventory and operational performance, providing executive-level reporting on program status and key metrics
- Gather requirements and manage resources to execute and deploy projects effectively
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of quality improvement, program management, or project management experience
- Preferred healthcare experience in recovery operations, payment integrity, or revenue cycle
- Familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA and ServiceNow
- Preferred certifications in process improvement or project management methodologies like Lean Six Sigma or Agile
