Program Manager II

Job Summary

Managing key program elements, the full-time remote Program Manager II will serve as the main point of contact for stakeholders, oversee project managers and technical staff, and ensure effective program execution while tracking progress and outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the liaison between internal and external stakeholders, maintaining effective working relationships and reporting on program progress
• Manage program goals, milestones, risks, resources, budgets, and quality control, while aligning project interdependencies
• Supervise and guide project managers and technical staff throughout the program lifecycle, making corrective actions as needed

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred in Business Administration or Life Sciences
• Minimum of 6-8 years of relevant experience
• Familiarity with federal budget processes and project management principles
• Prior experience in the life sciences is strongly preferred
• Ability to obtain and maintain a T1 Public Trust background check
